As stream, the upstream as far as Albrechtice flows through picturesque Sázava Valley, then calmly runs through Lanškroun Basin and near Krasíkov enters the important transport valley (railway Praha – Česká Třebová – Bohumín) that separates northern part of Zábřežská Highlands from south-western part of Hanušovická Highlands. In front of Krasíkov goes by ruins of Augustinian monastery Koruna from 13th century, then it goes through village of Tatenice with late-Renaissance hunting castle with sgraffiti. Near Hoštejn Moravská Sázava River takes Březná Rivulet (that flows from Kladská Basin) from left side. In Hoštejn we can find ruins of castle from 13th century.
